Tour Itinerary
Day 1 (May 23): Depart for Athens
Your journey begins as you board your flight to Athens—the cradle of Western Civilization. Ahead lies a land of ancient ruins, sunlit shores, and a culture as vibrant as its people. Settle in, relax, and dream of the incredible days ahead.
Day 2 (May 24): Arrival in Athens
Welcome to Athens! After a private transfer to your hotel, settle in and meet your fellow travelers over cocktails. Tonight’s dinner is a celebration of Greek culinary tradition—served in a bustling modern Agora. Later, opt to visit a historic distillery, founded in 1909, to sample their signature ouzo. (D)
Day 3 (May 25): The Heart of Ancient Athens
Begin the day with a guided tour of Athens’ historic gems. Stand before the Parthenon and explore the Acropolis Museum. Wander through the city’s storied streets before dining on a terrace with views of the illuminated Parthenon—a memory you’ll carry forever. (B, D)
Day 4 (May 26): Choose Your Own Adventure
Today is yours to customize. Relax and explore Athens, join a delicious guided food tour, or visit Delphi, the spiritual heart of ancient Greece. In Delphi, enjoy a private cooking class and lunch in charming Arachova. Return to Athens for a restful evening. (B, L)
Day 5 (May 27): Welcome to Crete
Catch a short flight to Crete—Greece’s largest island. After arriving in Chania, explore the city's fascinating past on an optional private walking tour. Tonight, enjoy dinner and wine pairings at a picturesque winery nestled among olive trees and orange groves. (B, D)
Day 6 (May 28): A Day at Your Pace
Relax and explore Chania at your leisure—or choose an optional boat trip to the stunning Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa Island. Swim, sunbathe, and soak in one of the world’s most breathtaking beaches. Return to Chania in the evening. (B)
Day 7 (May 29): Crete’s Culture & Culinary Roots
Travel to Heraklion, stopping en route in Listrada for a lively cooking experience: cheese-making, local wine, raki, and lunch with live Cretan music. In Heraklion, check in to your centrally located hotel and enjoy the city’s vibrant energy. (B, L)
Day 8 (May 30): Olive Oil & Ancient Legends
Start with a visit to a traditional olive oil mill—sample fresh oils and enjoy lunch in a serene courtyard. This afternoon, explore Heraklion or opt to visit the ancient Palace of Knossos, legendary home of the Labyrinth and the Minotaur. (B, L)
Day 9 (May 31): Ferry to Santorini
Sail across the Aegean to postcard-perfect Santorini, known for whitewashed villages and volcanic cliffs. In the evening, enjoy a guided wine tasting at a cliffside estate as the sun dips below the caldera—an unforgettable Santorini welcome. (B)
Day 10 (June 1): Savor Santorini
