Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Big Sky County Arrival & Mountain Majesty

Fly into the gateway of the wild—Bozeman, Montana—and let the adventure begin. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred by private coach to your welcoming downtown hotel. After checking in, the afternoon is yours to wander, nibble, and explore at your own pace. As the sun begins to dip, gather with your fellow travelers for a warm and festive welcome dinner. Raise a glass to new friendships and the memories you’re about to make. Then, rest well—tomorrow, the wonders of Yellowstone await! (D)


Day 2 - Yellowstone’s Northern Frontier

After breakfast, a private coach takes you into Yellowstone’s only open winter road through the North Entrance. Journey to Cooke City, pausing for wildlife sightings—bison, elk, even wolves are possible! Experience the quiet magic of winter in Yellowstone as steaming geysers and frozen rivers enchant the landscape. That evening, we settle into our lodge in Gardiner, MT, nestled near the park’s entrance. Enjoy shopping and local eats, or simply relax on your balcony with views of roaming elk. (B, L)


Day 3 - Sunrise & Scenic Discovery

Rise early to catch the golden sunrise over Yellowstone’s northern mountains. Today offers more wildlife and winter wonder—a final chance to embrace this serene side of the park. In the afternoon, return to Gardiner where one final delight awaits: a rejuvenating soak in the local hot springs. Fed by Yellowstone’s own geothermal wonders, these warm, mineral-rich waters invite you to relax, reflect, and simply be. Let every ache melt away as you breathe in the crisp mountain air—this is what renewal feels like. (B)


Day 4 - Snowcoach Adventure: Mammoth Springs to The Canyon and West Yellowstone

Bundle up—it’s time to journey deeper into the wintry wonder of Yellowstone. This morning, we’ll depart from Mammoth Springs aboard a private snowcoach, gliding across snowy landscapes toward the breathtaking Canyon region. Along the way, we’ll make unhurried stops for wildlife sightings and scenic vistas in areas only reachable by snowcoach or snowmobile—a truly exclusive glimpse into Yellowstone’s quiet season. As daylight fades, we’ll arrive in the cozy gateway town of West Yellowstone. After settling in, enjoy a delicious group dinner and take time to explore this charming winter hun, where rustic shops and snow-dusted streets welcome you in. (B, L, D)


Day 5 - Snowcoach to Old Faithful: Yellowstone’s grand finale

Today, we journey into the heart of Yellowstone’s geothermal wonderland aboard a private snowcoach, heading toward the park’s most iconic natural marvel—Old Faithful. Along the way, we’ll pause to spot winter wildlife and soak in final views of this snow-blanketed sanctuary. Return to West Yellowstone for a final night near the park. Spend time at the Grizzle & Wolf Wildlife Center, shop, or raise a toast to the memories made that will linger long after the snow melts.(B, L)

Craving a bit more thrill? Choose to experience today’s route on a single or double-rider snowmobile! With the wind in your face and vast white wilderness all around, this option brings a spirited dash of adventure to your Yellowstone finale. (Pre-registration required - see details below)


Day 6 - Big Sky Adventure + Sleigh Ride Cabin Dinner

This morning, a private coach whisks you to Big Sky, where boutique shops and lunch await at the cozy, alpineinspired Town Center. In the afternoon, ascend the Kircher Cliff (KirCliff) Gondola—a scenic ride lifting you above snowy pine forests to sweeping mountain vistas. Afterwards, bundle up for a magical horse-drawn sleigh ride at Lone Mountain Ranch, winding through the wintry woods to a remote lodge. Here, enjoy a candlelit three-course farewell dinner, locally sourced and lovingly prepared. Post-dinner, return to Bozeman and check into our hotel for a restful evening. (D)


Day 7 - Homebound with Memories in Tow

Enjoy a relaxed morning before your private transfer returns you to the airport in Bozeman for flights home. As you journey, take in the snowy landscapes one last time—and smile at the unforgettable wildlife moments captured in your camera roll and your heart. (B)
