    Excite offers a curated menu of half-day and full-day tours built specifically for conference schedules. Past offerings have included Omaha city highlights, Old Market shopping, museums, gardens, cultural sites, winery visits, and scenic excursions.

    We also design custom tours tailored to your theme, demographic, or schedule. If you can imagine it, we can build it.

  • How does scheduling work around our conference agenda?

    An “excursion” is your opportunity to make this trip unique for you and your loved one(s). These may include museums, day trips, and other activities to let you take control of your group experience. 

  • What is the minimum/maximum group size?

    We can accommodate groups as small as 20 and as large as several hundred.

    For big conferences, we offer:

    • On-site Excite representatives to manage flow
    • We’re used to crowded lobbies, tight timelines, and excited groups—we handle it all with calm efficiency.

    Every tour is a complete, turnkey experience:

  • Can you handle registration and payments for us?

    Yes.


    Excite manages online registration, payments, confirmations, and attendee questions.


    We can also provide you with real-time attendance reports.


    This eliminates pressure on your staff and keeps the experience consistent and professional.

  • How do you handle transportation and accessibility needs?

    We partner with premium motorcoach companies and ensure all vehicles are safe, clean, and comfortable.

    For accessibility, we can:

  • How far in advance do we need to plan?

    Ideally 3–6 months, but we have successfully launched tours with far less notice.


    For your previous conference, sign-ups opened just weeks before attendees arrived—and we still filled multiple buses because we managed all the logistics and communication.
