Day 1 -  Welcome Dinner

Your Smoky Mountain adventure begins as we depart Nebraska aboard our comfortable motorcoach. Along the way we'll make convenient stops before enjoying lunch in Kansas City. By late afternoon, we arrive in historic St. Louis, where you'll settle into our hotel before gathering with your fellow travelers for a festive Welcome Dinner. It's the perfect opportunity to get acquainted as we kick off an unforgettable journey through the heart of the South and the Appalachian Mountains. (D)

Day 2 - Belle Meade Plantation & Nashville

Today we continue south to Music City with a memorable stop at the historic Belle Meade Mansion, once one of America's premier thoroughbred horse farms. Explore the beautifully preserved mansion, carriage house, gardens, and grounds while learning about its fascinating history and Kentucky racing heritage. After checking into our Nashville hotel, we'll enjoy dinner together at the beloved Germantown Café before spending the evening at leisure. Whether you choose to stroll Broadway, listen to live music, or simply relax, Nashville's unmistakable energy is sure to leave a lasting impression. (B, D)

Day 3 - Into the Smoky Mountains

After breakfast, we journey toward the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains, America's most visited national park and one of the country's most spectacular natural treasures. As we wind through scenic mountain roads, take in panoramic vistas, mist-covered ridges, cascading streams, and lush forests that have made this region famous for generations. Along the way, you'll discover why the Smokies are celebrated for their incredible biodiversity, rich Appalachian heritage, and timeless beauty. By evening, we arrive in the charming mountain city of Asheville, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where you'll have time to relax and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere before tomorrow's adventures. Day 4 - Farms, Flavors & Asheville

Today offers a wonderful blend of local flavors and mountain charm. Following an included lunch, we'll visit Looking Glass Creamery, where you'll tour the working farm, learn about artisan cheese production, and sample handcrafted local cheeses while taking in beautiful countryside views. Later, enjoy free time exploring downtown Asheville, filled with unique boutiques, galleries, cafés, and historic architecture. It's the perfect place to experience the creative spirit that makes Asheville one of North Carolina's most beloved destinations. (B, L)

Day 5 -The Biltmore Estate

Prepare for one of the highlights of the tour as we spend the day exploring America's largest privately owned home—the magnificent Biltmore Estate. Tour the breathtaking Vanderbilt mansion at your own pace, marveling at its grand architecture, lavish rooms, and fascinating history. After an included lunch at Cedric's Tavern, wander through the spectacular Conservatory and beautifully landscaped gardens before visiting Antler Hill Village, where you can browse charming shops or enjoy an optional tasting at the Biltmore Winery. This unforgettable day perfectly showcases the elegance and grandeur of the Gilded Age. (B, L)

Day 6 - Pink Jeep Mountain Tour, Pigeon Forge, Titanic Museum

Today we journey into one of America's most treasured national parks. Experience the Smokies like never before aboard an exciting Pink Jeep Adventure, where knowledgeable local guides share fascinating stories while leading us through spectacular mountain scenery. After lunch at the famous Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, we'll continue to the fascinating Titanic Museum, where interactive exhibits and authentic artifacts bring the legendary ship's remarkable story to life. This evening we continue to Kentucky for our overnight stay. (B, L)

Day 7 - West Meadow Farms, the Belle House

Our final full day introduces us to the rolling horse country of Kentucky. Visit beautiful West Meadow Farms, where you'll experience genuine Southern hospitality while learning about life on this picturesque family farm. Enjoy an included lunch at the Belle House, a true gem of Kentucky before continuing to St. Louis.  As we reflect on our week together, we'll celebrate the wonderful memories, beautiful scenery, and new friendships made along the way. Day 8 - Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis and Travel home 

After breakfast, we begin our comfortable journey back to Nebraska with a special stop at the magnificent Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, renowned for its breathtaking mosaics and remarkable architecture. As we travel home through the Midwest, you'll have time to reminisce about the stunning mountain landscapes, historic estates, Southern hospitality, and unforgettable experiences shared throughout this special Excite adventure.
