New Itinerary for 2027!

Day 1 (May 29th)  - Your adventure begins as you board your flight to Athens, the cradle of Western Civilization. Ahead lies a land of ancient wonders, sunlit coastlines, and a culture as warm and vibrant as its people. Settle in and dream of the days to come, when you’ll be awestruck by spectacular backdrops in unforgettable Greece.

Day 2 (May 30th)- Your overnight flight brings you to Athens, a city where ancient wonders rise alongside modern vibrancy. After a private motorcoach transfer to your hotel, settle in and meet your fellow travelers over cocktails at the hotel bar. Tonight, dinner is an experience in itself-set in a modern-day Agora filled with grocers, bakers, butchers, and chefs who celebrate the very best of Greek culinary tradition. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted by a local Greek, offering you a true taste of the culture. Afterward, those who wish can visit a historic distillery and bar, established in 1909, to sample their signature ouzo and toast to the journey ahead. (D)

Day 3 (May 31st)- Today, discover the heart of Athens with a private sightseeing tour that brings history to life. Stand in awe at the Acropolis and the Parthenon— timeless icons that no photograph can truly capture—guided by a local expert who will share their stories and significance. Continue to the acclaimed Acropolis Museum, where treasures of antiquity are beautifully preserved and displayed. You’ll also spend time touring Athens, a city filled with sites that bring history to life. This evening, enjoy dining on the terrace of an Athenian restaurant, where the illuminated Parthenon glows in the night sky - an unforgettable memory of Greece’s enduring beauty. (B, D)

Day 4 (June 1st)- Today is truly epic! Journey north of this city to the mountain landscape of Delphi, the ancient sanctuary of mystics and magic. The sanctuary of Delphi was the religious center of the ancient Greek world, dating back to the 6th century. After your guided tour of the site, it's time for a private cooking class presented by a local woman from Delphi, where you'll make phyllo pastry & traditional Hortopita! Lunch is set in the gorgeous mountain cosmopolitan town of Arachova! Enjoy local favorites such as feta, olives, and olive oil, along with regional specialties and wines. After a breathtaking lunch in the mountains, enjoy free time in Arachova before heading back to Athens for the night! (B, L)

Day 5 (June 2nd)- This morning you'll catch a quick flight to the island of Crete! The largest and most populous of the Greek Islands has a dramatic mountainous landscape and has been inhabited by humans for over 130,000 years. Join our guide as we walk you through the rich history of Chania, from the Byzantine and Arab eras, through the Venetian era, all the way to the Ottoman and modern times... Your private Chania tour will uncover layers upon layers of history in one of Crete's most charming settings. Lunch is included in your tour! Check into your hotel this afternoon and spend some time in the main square by the ocean, exploring local shops and artisan shops. After dinner, head back to your spectacular hotel for a good night's rest! (B, L)

Day 6 (June 3rd)- Today you are in for a spectacular day with a cruise to the famous Balos Lagoon, ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the world. Dazzling white sands meet vivid shades of turquoise and blue. Along the way, stop at Gramvousa Island to explore its historic Venetian castle before continuing on to Balos! Spend the afternoon enjoying the shallow, warm, crystal-clear water. Enjoy a beverage and relax on the beach, or explore the surrounding cliffsides. There is truly no place like it on earth! Tonight, return to Chania for another beautiful evening! (B, L)

Day 7 (June 4th)- This morning, journey to Heraklion, Crete’s bustling capital, and the ancient Palace of Knossos, a legendary site of the Minoan civilization. Along the way, stop in the charming village of Listrada for a unique experience - learn the art of local cheesemaking, help prepare a traditional lunch, and enjoy live musicians as they share the rhythms of Crete. Continue to Heraklion and settle into your beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring the city’s vibrant restaurants and nightlife. (B, L)
