Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Welcome Dinner

Your 8-day adventure begins aboard a private motorcoach heading southeast, with a delicious Kansas City BBQ lunch en route. By evening, we’ll arrive in downtown St. Louis for a warm Welcome Dinner with fellow travelers. Afterward, you might wander to nearby Laclede’s Landing for live music and a nightcap. (D)


Day 2 – Belle Meade Plantation & Winery

Travel through Tennessee’s rolling hills to Clarksville for lunch before continuing to lively Nashville. Step back in time with a guided tour of the elegant Belle Meade Plantation, then enjoy a tasting at its charming winery. Tonight’s included dinner is a true highlight, leaving you free to end the evening exploring Nashville’s nightlife or relaxing in your hotel. (B, D)


Day 3 – Consolidated Gold Mine & Accent Cellars

Go underground on a fascinating tour of the historic Consolidated Gold Mine, where over 15,000 miners once sought their fortunes in the 1880s—and try your own hand at gold panning. After lunch, visit family-run Accent Cellars for a guided tour and tasting of Georgia-grown wines before settling in for the evening in charming Dahlonega. (B)


Day 4 – Looking Glass Creamery

Journey through the majestic Smoky Mountains—once as tall as the Alps and Rockies—pausing to savor a spectacular lunch along the way. In the afternoon, a short drive brings you to Asheville, NC, a vibrant Blue Ridge Mountain town known for its arts, architecture, and charm. With your downtown hotel as a base, enjoy the evening exploring at your own pace. (B, L)


Day 5 – Biltmore Estate Tour

Step into grandeur at the Biltmore Estate, America’s largest privately owned home at an astonishing 178,926 square feet. Explore its opulent rooms on a guided tour, then enjoy time on your own to wander the gardens or sample wines from the estate’s winery. A day of beauty, history, and unforgettable moments awaits. Day 6 – Dollywood

Experience the magic of Dollywood’s award-winning Christmas festival, where over six million lights, towering trees, and Smoky Mountain charm create a dazzling winter wonderland. Enjoy festive flavors, holiday shows, seasonal shopping, and thrilling rides—making this a day of pure holiday joy. (B, L)


Day 7 – Belle House Lunch & West Meadow Farms

Savor southern comfort classics—including Louisville’s famous Hot Brown—at the Belle House. Then, visit West Meadow Farms, a unique thoroughbred farm and sanctuary that rehabilitates both horses and people. Hear the inspiring story behind the farm and meet some of its remarkable equine residents. (B, D)


Day 8 – Travel Home

As we journey home, swap stories, laughter, and holiday cheer with your fellow travelers. It’s the perfect finale to a trip that’s sure to become one of your favorite holiday memories. (B)
