Level 4 - Active This tour includes longer travel days, walking tours, and time outdoors exploring National Parks and natural sites. Expect uneven terrain, stairs, and periods of standing. Participants should be comfortable with moderate hiking, scenic overlooks, and more active excursions. A good level of mobility and stamina will ensure you fully enjoy this adventure.


Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Depart for Italy

Your Italian adventure begins with an overnight flight to Rome. Settle in, relax, and imagine the seaside villages, ancient ruins, and vineyard-covered hills that await.


Day 2 – Arrival in Naples

Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival, travel south to Naples, a city bursting with life and flavor. Check into the elegant Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel, then gather for a Welcome Dinner at Mama Eat, known for its warm atmosphere and authentic Neapolitan classics. Raise a glass to new friends and the days ahead. (D)


Day 3 – The Amalfi Coast

Journey along the spectacular Amalfi Coast, where cliffs plunge into the blue Mediterranean. Explore the hilltop town of Ravello, visit its lush gardens, and enjoy lunch overlooking the sea. Continue to Positano, with pastel homes and pebble beaches, and take time to shop, sip a spritz, or stroll the waterfront before returning to Naples. (B, L)


Day 4 – Naples or Capri

Today is yours to explore. Discover Naples at your own pace or join an optional excursion to the Isle of Capri. Glide across the water by boat, explore the chic streets of Anacapri, or take the chairlift to Monte Solaro for sweeping views. However you spend the day, Italy’s coastal charm surrounds you. (B)


Day 5 – Pompeii and Pizza Making

Step back in time at Pompeii, the ancient city frozen by Mount Vesuvius. A guided tour reveals its streets, villas, and frescoes. Later, return to Naples for a hands-on pizza-making class with a local pizzaiolo. Learn the art of Neapolitan pizza, then enjoy your creation fresh from the oven. (B)


Day 6 – Rome: The Eternal City

Travel north to Rome, where ancient history meets modern elegance. Visit the Colosseum and Roman Forum with a local guide, then enjoy lunch in the heart of the city. Day 7 – Vatican or Leisure Day

Day 8 – Journey to Tuscany

Trade city streets for vineyard hills as you travel north to Tuscany. Stop at a boutique winery for a tasting of local wines and olive oils, then continue to Borgo Casabianca, your countryside retreat in Asciano. Tonight’s chef-curated dinner welcomes you to Tuscany’s tranquil rhythm. (B, D)


Day 9 – Montepulciano and Icario Winery

Visit the medieval town of Montepulciano, famous for wine, artisan shops, and sweeping views. Then enjoy a tour and open-air lunch at Icario Winery, where contemporary design meets centuries-old winemaking tradition. Return to the villa for a quiet evening under the Tuscan stars. (B, L)


Day 10 – Tuscan Cooking and Chianti Wine

Day 11 – Siena and Farewell Dinner
