Day 2 (Aug 26)

Arrive in Shannon and meet your private transfer to Limerick, your home for the next three nights. Explore the compact old town, medieval St. Mary’s Cathedral, Georgian St. John’s Square, and the iconic King John’s Castle along the River Shannon. Tonight, enjoy a festive Irish Welcome Dinner with the group. (D)

Day 3 (Aug 27)

Spend the day in the Burren, a striking limestone landscape filled with caves, fossils, and archaeological sites. Visit Hazel Mountain Chocolate before a private experience at the Burren Smokehouse featuring organic Irish salmon, a demo, tasting, and wine pairing. Enjoy a fresh local lunch, then visit the Cliffs of Moher, including the immersive visitor center, O’Brien’s Tower, and walking paths with sweeping views. Return to Limerick for a relaxing evening. Day 4 (Aug 28)

Travel to Cork for two standout experiences. Begin with the Cork Tasting Trail, a relaxed 2.5–3 hour food stroll led by an expert guide, showcasing generous tastings and lively local spots. Explore the markets before an elevated behind-the-scenes tour at Midleton Distillery, including rare pours of Redbreast 15, Red Spot, and Midleton Very Rare. (B, L)

Day 5 (Aug 29)

Enjoy a leisurely morning before heading to Galway, known for Eyre Square, coastal air, shops, and pubs with live Irish music. After lunch and free time, travel north to the breathtaking Delphi Lodge. Settle into this lakeside estate and enjoy dinner, drinks, and stories by the fire. (B, D)

Day 6 (Aug 30)

After breakfast, visit DK Connemara Oysters for a private farm tour, tasting, and prosecco. Learn to shuck oysters and enjoy seafood platters overlooking the water. Continue to Kylemore Abbey & Victorian Walled Garden, set on a 1,000-acre estate and home to Benedictine nuns for over a century. Return to Delphi for a group dinner. (B, L, D)

Day 7 (Aug 31)

Choose your pace today:

 - Relax at Delphi Lodge and enjoy the grounds, or

 - Join an optional scenic cruise on Killary Fjord, with views of rugged Connemara and possible dolphin sightings near Nancy’s Point.

Day 8 (Sept 1)

Travel to Dublin with a special stop at Tullamore D.E.W. Distillery. Go behind the scenes from distillation to maturation, sip an Irish coffee, feel the warmth of the stills, and step inside a warehouse holding 50,000 aging casks. Overnight in Dublin. (B)

Day 9 (Sept 2)

Choose from three ways to explore:

 - A Dublin city tour including Trinity College, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin Castle, and a pub lunch.

 - A full-day experience south of Dublin featuring Kilkenny, the Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough, and sheepdog trials.

Day 10 (Sept 3)

Experience the Hope Beer Brewery tour and cooking class at historic Howth Castle. Start with a castle tour and champagne, then head to the kitchens to prepare seafood bisque and brown bread, enjoyed in the castle dining room.
