This nine-day North American adventure begins in Montana, featuring a journey along Glacier National Park's Going-to-the-Sun Road and the charm of Whitefish, before crossing into Canada's majestic Rockies. The trip culminates in Calgary with a two-day immersion in the excitement and culture of the famous Calgary Stampede rodeo and evening show.

Level 3 - Moderate This tour includes extended walking, standing, and navigating busy markets  and tours. Expect stairs, uneven ground, and a full day of activities—best for those comfortable with an active pace.


Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Fly into Montana’s Big Sky Country

Arrive in Kalispell and step into mountain air and wide-open wonder. Your coach and travel team will be waiting to welcome you. We’ll head to our cozy home base for the next three nights—Springhill Suites—and settle in. (D)


Day 2 – The Legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road

Climb aboard a charming Red Jammer for a once-in-a-lifetime ride along Glacier National Park’s famed Going-to-the-Sun Road. Gaze at waterfalls, alpine meadows, and snowcapped peaks as we travel to St. Mary’s. Lunch is included as part of this unforgettable day. (B, L)


Day 3 – Whitefish Charm & River Serenity

Enjoy a free morning to wander through Whitefish—bursting with boutiques, galleries, and mountain town character. In the afternoon, float gently down the Flathead River, taking in nature’s grandeur from a peaceful vantage point. Dinner wraps up this refreshing day. (B, D)


Day 4 – Into the Canadian Rockies

Today, we cross the border into Canada. Stop for lunch on your own in the storybook Bavarian town of Kimberley—full of alpine flavor and artisan shops. We’ll arrive at Saskatchewan Crossing Resort and gather for a relaxed dinner surrounded by mountain views. (D)


Day 5 – Glaciers, Skywalks & a Happy 4th Abroad!

Celebrate Independence Day atop one of nature’s most dramatic stages—the Icefields Parkway. Ride a massive Ice Explorer across the Athabasca Glacier, then venture onto the cliff-hugging glass Skywalk. Later, we arrive at the legendary Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for a two-night stay. Day 6 – Banff Beauty & Cowboy Cooking

Start your day with sweeping views aboard the Banff Gondola. The afternoon is yours—enjoy the spa, shops, or a quiet bench with a mountain view. Tonight, ride out by wagon to a rustic outpost for a cowboy cookout you won’t forget. (B, D)


Day 7 – Welcome to the Stampede!

Travel to Calgary, drop luggage at the hotel, and receive your white cowboy hat—a Stampede tradition! You’ll ride the C-Train to the Stampede Grounds for the afternoon rodeo. Enjoy the fun, return to the hotel on your own schedule, and rest up for tomorrow’s festivities. (B)


Day 8 – Your Day at the Stampede

Return to the Stampede when you please via the C-Train. Take in exhibits, music, crafts, and cowboy culture at your pace. This evening, we’ve reserved seats for the electrifying Grandstand Show—a grand finale of music, fireworks, and flair. (B)


Day 9 – Farewell to the Frontier

After breakfast, we’ll transfer to the Calgary airport with full hearts, a camera full of memories, and maybe a touch of mountain magic that stays with you long after you’re home. (B)
